Repairs

Repairs are offered at Roxy's Jewelry. If a piece is broken, worn, or no longer wearing the way it should, bring it into the store so it can be examined in person.

Repair work is quoted piece by piece in the store, including how long that piece will take. There is no standard turnaround to quote here, because the time depends on the piece and the work it needs. Bring the piece in, or call the store at (561) 739-3339 with questions before you come.

Cleaning

Jewelry cleaning is free at Roxy's Jewelry. Walk in with a piece that has lost its sparkle, and the store will clean it for you.

Ring sizing

As general jewelry knowledge, many rings can be resized up or down, and the right approach depends on the band, the stones, and how far the size needs to move. Some styles are limited — a full eternity band, for example, has stones running all the way around, which can restrict or prevent resizing. That is general information about how rings are made, not a promise about any one ring; whether a specific ring can be sized is a question for the store to answer after seeing it.
